Instructions

  1. 4 - 6 jars with a capacity of around 300 - 400 ml are required.
  2. Whip the egg yolks with 60 g sugar for 5 minutes until creamy. Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar and a pinch of salt until stiff. In addition, stir the mascarpone until creamy.
  3. Gradually stir the mascarpone into the egg yolk mixture. It is best to use a whisk.
  4. Divide the finished mixture into three equal portions and color them with the food coloring. Finally fold in the egg whites evenly distributed.
  5. Dip the ladyfingers briefly in warm orange juice and chop them up so that they fit into the preserving jars. Now start layering. Always use mascarpone cream and ladyfingers alternately. Finish with a grated dark chocolate couverture.
