- Cut the different tomatoes into pieces and arrange on plates. Tear up the basil and add to the tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into pieces and add.
- Mix the balsamic vinegar, the oils, salt, pepper and sugar into a dressing and drizzle over the salad. Let it steep a little and serve.
- Tip: Instead of the chilli oil, you can also add a little chilli powder, then a little more olive oil.
