Wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Briefly blanch and peel the tomato, then cut into cubes. Dice the onions and sauté in hot butter. Press the garlic and add it. Add zucchini, diced carrots and tomatoes, sauté briefly and dust with flour. Prepare the vegetable stock according to the instructions and add to the vegetables. Bring to the boil briefly. Dice the meat sausage and add it, stir well and season to taste.
