Instructions

  1. Clean the vegetables, cut them into even pieces and fry them in the margarine for about 5 minutes. Pour water on and add the vegetable stock. Stir and bring to the boil. Press the sausages out of the skin as fine dumplings and spread on the vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed. Then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Chop the parsley and add it to the soup at the very end.
