Instructions

  1. Clean the carrots, celery and parsley root, cook until al dente, chill and cut into small cubes. Also cut the eggs, apples and cucumber into small cubes. Drain vegetables from tins and jars well. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Finely chop the chives and add them. Season to taste with tartar sauce, yoghurt, mustard, salt and pepper.
