Peel the pineapple and cut into cubes. Wash, core and dice the peaches. Wash, halve and core the grapes. Peel and core the mango and cut into cubes. Pour the vodka over all the fruit pieces and leave to stand in the refrigerator overnight.
Just before serving, wash, clean and quarter the strawberries, add to the rest of the fruit and the vodka. Pour in sparkling wine, add liquid sweetener to taste and serve ice-cold.
