Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini and peppers into small sticks. Peel the carrots and cut them into small sticks. Cut the celery, onion, peppers and garlic into small cubes. Mix everything in a bowl. Finally, chop the fresh herbs (possibly chives and parsley - depending on your taste) and add to the vegetables.
  2. For the dressing, mix vinegar, olive oil, mustard, savory, salt, pepper, paprika and the granulated stock to a smooth dressing. Depending on your preference and taste, you can add a dash of white wine or water. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Let the lettuce soak in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours.
  3. This zucchini salad goes well with grilled meat or fish. Herb or garlic baguettes round off this meal perfectly.
