Boiled condensed milk pudding is a creamy delight, a delicious dessert based on eggs, milk and boiled condensed milk! You can’t help but like such a dessert! Delicate, unusual, easy to prepare. Sweet tooths will love it!
Break the eggs into a bowl. Add boiled condensed milk. Pour milk at room temperature here.
Whisk the eggs, milk and boiled condensed milk until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
Place the portioned tins in the baking dish (souffleforms, ramekins; the volume of one baking dish is 140 ml). Lubricate the bottom and sides of each mold with butter. Pour the pudding mixture into these molds.
Now pour hot water into a large mold so that it reaches about the middle of the height of the portion molds.
Gently place the pudding dish in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Cook the pudding for 50 minutes.
The pudding rises very well immediately after baking, but falls off quickly – that’s normal. So, gently (they’re hot!) Transfer the puddings to the board and let cool for about 30 minutes.
Boiled condensed milk pudding is ready, you can try a gorgeous dessert.
