Brown the ground beef in a high-rimmed pan over medium heat with a little oil, when half done, add the onions. Add the garlic cloves when the mince is almost done.
Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well, simmer gently on low heat for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the sausages in hot water. Briefly toast the rolls on the toaster. Then unfold the rolls and fill them with the sausages and the chilli.
