Instructions

  1. Kneading dough made from: 75 g butter, 75 g sugar, 1 egg, 200 g flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Put everything in a greased springform pan (26 cm diameter) and pull up the edge well.
  2. Topping made of: 500 g quark, 150 g sugar, 1 cup oil, 1/2 l milk, 1 piece vanilla sugar, 3 egg yolks, 1 piece vanilla pudding powder and the juice of a lemon - mix everything well and pour onto the dough ( Caution: it is really very fluid).
  3. Bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes; Meanwhile, beat 3 egg whites with 100 g sugar until stiff. Carefully spread or spray this mixture onto the baked cake and bake for another 15 minutes. Allow to cool in the mold.
