Instructions

  1. First, the onion is peeled and cut into approx. 1 cm x 1 cm cubes. The garlic cloves are peeled off and finely chopped.
  2. Then fry both together in the olive oil in a large saucepan. When the onions are slightly translucent, add the minced meat and let it cook. Pour in the water and the peppers (2 cm x 2 cm diced), the tomatoes (3 cm x 3 cm diced), the leek (1 cm wide cut into rings) and the carrots (0.5 cm thick cut and quartered ) and add the pasta. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes, until the pasta and vegetables are cooked through. Add the cream and tomato paste. If there is not enough water to cook the pasta, simply add more water. Season with a little curry powder and pepper as well as a lot of salt, dill and paprika powder. The whole thing should now be spicy!
  3. Note: I`m not that much of a meat fan myself, but you can - if you like - take twice as much minced meat. You can cook this stew entirely without meat. So for the vegetarians among you - it tastes great.
