Instructions

  1. Sear the minced meat with the onions. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Add tomato paste and toast briefly.
  2. Add the tomatoes and chopped peppers, possibly a little more water.
  3. Simmer until the peppers are firm to the bite and season with a little ketchup (if you like).
  4. Finally add the mushrooms.
  5. Tastes good with pasta, rice or baguette.
