Clean the mushrooms with a brush and cut into fine slices. Then fry them vigorously in a pan with oil until they are a nice brown color. Turn the heat down to medium level. Peel the onion, dice it and let it fry until it is translucent. Pour in the broth and the cream and let it simmer gently. Cut the black garlic into fine slices and add. Season with soy sauce and season to taste.
If you want, you can now fold in a little fresh parsley and garnish with an additional, sliced clove of black garlic.
