Mix the brown and white sugar as well as the butter together until everything is a homogeneous mass. Stir in the vanilla extract and the water, then add the flour to the mixture until everything is well mixed. The dough now comes into a mold and is frozen for about one to two hours.
Then cut the frozen mass into small cubes and place them under the vanilla ice cream. Then you can either enjoy the ice cream straight away or freeze it for later use.
Tips: You can also omit the white sugar and use 75 g of brown sugar instead.
Instead of the vanilla extract, vanilla sugar is also suitable.
Instead of the water, 30 ml of milk will give a creamier result.
You can of course make the vanilla ice cream yourself or use something that has already been bought.
