  2. Put the desiccated coconut in a bowl and color with about half of the food coloring dissolved in a little water. It is best to put on kitchen gloves for this. To dry, spread the desiccated coconut on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Fill into a bowl again later.
  3. It is best to prepare the eyes and desiccated coconut the day before, so they have time to dry.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and line the muffin tins with paper baking cases.
  5. Mix the softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add the eggs and stir in. Mix flour and baking powder and add. Now pour in the milk and stir everything into a smooth dough. Finally stir in the remaining chocolate chips.
