Instructions

1. Mix the cream cheese or quark with powdered sugar and lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Fill the cream cheese or quark cream with the crushed cookies in layers into narrow tall glasses and finish with the cookies and then decorate with the raspberries. Serve the dessert chilled.
2. You can also replace the raspberries with another fruit. Or enjoy it without any fruit.
