Instructions

  1. First mix the softened butter with the sugar until creamy, stir in the eggs one by one. Mix the flour and baking powder in a second bowl and stir quickly into the butter mixture.
  2. If necessary, chop the chocolate and peanuts and stir in briefly. The dough is pretty firm, but it fits.
  3. With floured hands, shape balls weighing around 30-35g, place 9 pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press them flat a little.
  4. The cookies are baked at 180 degrees lower and upper heat for about 13 minutes, depending on the oven. When the edge is golden brown and the biscuits in the middle look like they haven`t done all the way through, then they`re done!
  5. Tip: You can also use Santa Clauses and Easter Bunnies!
