Serve best in a decorative dessert glass or dessert bowl.
Put the ice cream scoop in the dessert bowl and carefully pour the hot coffee over it. The ice will appear after a short while and melt a little in the hot coffee. This creates a light mixture of sweet-bitter and hot-cold. A thin layer of liquid ice floats on the surface.
Now sprinkle the cocoa powder over it so that something goes into the drink, something onto the ball. That looks good and gives the whole thing its own taste. You can decorate it with a piece of chocolate on the ice ball. Liquid chocolate icing is just as suitable.
