Wash the pork roulades and pat dry with kitchen paper and season with pepper, salt and paprika powder on both sides. Place two slices of Gouda cheese on each slice of meat and the ham slice on top, fold up and close with three toothpicks each. Bread one after the other with flour, whisked egg and breadcrumbs and bake in hot palm oil in a coated pan until golden (approx. 3 min. Each side). I recommend potato and cucumber salad as a side dish!
