Instructions

  1. Mix the vegetable stock with half a cup of cream or crème fraìche and bring to the boil briefly in a pan or saucepan. Season with coriander, turmeric, chilli flakes, pepper, salt and the soy sauce and thicken with a little cornstarch or flour butter. Add the lemon peel and thyme and bring to the boil briefly.
