Instructions

  1. With a sharp knife, make three incisions in the top of each fillet and then place in a shallow bowl.
  2. Mix the garlic, chilli, ginger, chopped coriander, lime zest and lime juice, soy sauce, sugar and coconut milk and spread over the fillets. Cover with foil and put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  3. Then take the meat out of the marinade and fry it on both sides for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, heat the marinade in a saucepan and simmer for a few minutes. Arrange the fillets with the sauce and serve.
  4. Serve with rice and salad.
  5. Tip: If you want the sauce a little hotter, you can add 1 tablespoon of hot chili sauce.
