- Lightly fry coriander seeds in a dry frying pan (about 2-3 minutes), mix them with salt.
- Wash the cod steaks, dry thoroughly, rub with a mixture of coriander and salt.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil, put the steaks in it, cover with a lid or food foil. Mix lemon juice with 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- Preheat the oven to 190 C, bake the cod for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon sauce when serving and serve hot.
