• 10 tablespoon oil (peanut oil)
• 20 tablespoon sauce, Asian (teriyaki sauce)
• 4 tablespoon lemon juice
• 8 clove (s) garlic, crushed
• pepper
• 2 handfuls coriander greens, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients into a marinade and let it steep for at least 2-3 hours, but better overnight.
2. Goes well with Mongolian Dutch Oven, Asian grill skewers and fish as well as white poultry.
