Thaw the peas, drain the corn. Peel and finely chop garlic. Clean and finely chop the leek.
Mix the flour, starch, oat flakes, 4 tablespoons water, eggs, coriander, salt and pepper until smooth. Mix in the peas, corn and leek. Shape the mixture with 2 tablespoons and fry for approx. 4 minutes in hot fat (approx. 170 °). Drain on kitchen paper.
For the sauce:
Finely chop the mint and mix with the yogurt and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
