Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots. Dice the bacon, also dice the sausages and sausages.
  2. Fry the bacon cubes in a little hot oil, add the sausage cubes and fry with them. Add the carrot and potato cubes and fry them. Top up with water and add the chicken stock powder. Add the corn and the liquid. Simmer on a medium flame for about 25 minutes.
  3. Then turn off the stove and stir in the mashed potatoes. Add the cream and season the soup with sugar and curry.
  4. Wonderfully creamy and tested on two vegetable snatchers (9 and 12 years old) and found to be very good.
