Instructions

  1. Drain the corn, mix 1 heaped tablespoon of flour and 1 egg into a smooth dough, season well, stir in the drained corn.
  2. Let some fat get hot in the pan, put in small heaps of the corn mixture with a tablespoon and flatten it a little, pouring some cheese over each. Bake on a low heat with the lid on for a few minutes until the cheese has melted. Do not turn!
