Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Drain the pineapple, corn and cucumber, collect the pineapple juice. Cut the cucumber into fine cubes.
  2. Mix the onion, pineapple, pickles and corn well.
  3. Mix the cayenne pepper with mayonnaise and 3-4 tablespoons of pineapple juice and add to the vegetable mixture.
  4. Mix everything well and let it steep for at least 1 hour.
  5. I always take significantly more cayenne pepper, about 2 teaspoons, hence the name INFERNO
