Instructions

  1. Peel, quarter and thinly slice the onions. Drain the corn and mix with the onions. Wash the chives, cut into rolls and stir in as well. Mix the horseradish, lemon juice, yogurt and cream together. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour over the salad and let it steep for about 20 minutes.
