Instructions

  1. Wash and spin the lamb`s lettuce, clean the mushrooms and cut them into leaves, cut the leek into fine rings. Halve the mango, remove the stone, peel and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes. Mix the salad ingredients in a bowl.
  2. For the marinade, mix the orange juice with the balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper and beat in the olive oil well with the whisk. Finely dice shallots and garlic and add to the marinade. Mix the salad with the marinade and arrange on plates. Serve sprinkled with pine nuts.
