Instructions
Wash the lamb`s lettuce, add corn, mix. Press the garlic, mix with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sugar to form a vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Roughly grate the parmesan and sprinkle the flakes over the salad.
