Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and let it cool. Mix the wheat and corn flour, baking powder and salt together. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites into snow. Mix the egg yolks and 1 teaspoon sugar until creamy. Mix in the milk.
  2. Mix the egg milk with the flour and add the butter. Fold in the egg whites. Bake the waffles in the waffle iron.
