  1. Chop the chives, bell pepper and apple and mix everything together with the cottage cheese. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Possibly let it go through. I often prepare this for the office the evening before. With twice the amount, this recipe is also very suitable for a party salad. Very refreshing in summer!
