Today I have for dessert a curd casserole with semolina, zest, and pieces of tangerines. I bake this light curd cake with tangerines most often in winter. It turns out to be very aromatic, delicate, and tasty. It is very easy to prepare and always succeeds.
Knead the cottage cheese until smooth to get rid of the lumps. Add sugar and eggs, stir until smooth.
Pour in baking powder, semolina, and oatmeal, add vanillin. To stir thoroughly. Set aside so that the semolina swells.
Remove the zest from the tangerines with a very fine grater. Break into slices, free from white streaks and films, and cut into pieces. Add the zest and tangerines to the curd mass, mix.
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the curd mass in it and send it to the oven at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. All good!
