Cottage Cheese Casserole with Tangerines (no Flour) Instructions

  1. Knead the cottage cheese until smooth to get rid of the lumps. Add sugar and eggs, stir until smooth.

  2. Pour in baking powder, semolina, and oatmeal, add vanillin. To stir thoroughly. Set aside so that the semolina swells.
  3. Remove the zest from the tangerines with a very fine grater. Break into slices, free from white streaks and films, and cut into pieces. Add the zest and tangerines to the curd mass, mix.
