This is not just a curd casserole, it is a complete dessert. Juicy, soft, and “sweet”, deluxe casserole. Very satisfying, but not reflected in your flawless figure. I borrowed the recipe from my mother-in-law;) There is no flour, semolina in the recipe! Having tried many other recipes, I can safely say that this is the most delicious cottage cheese casserole!
We divide the eggs into yolks and whites. It’s not scary if a little yolk gets into the proteins, as in my case. Beat the yolks with sugar. Eggnog. Here it is, the ready-made dessert of my childhood!)) We lick everything that is possible))
Beat the whites with 2-3 drops of lemon. If there is no lemon, you can substitute a pinch of salt or citric acid. And it happens, and so beaten. Beat the whites until a stable foam is obtained. Then we start mixing everything in order. Mix the yolks with sugar into the curd.
To do this, I change the attachment to a blender. Meanwhile, turn on the oven so that it warms up to 200 degrees. We get a rather liquid consistency. This is good, the casserole will be juicy! In the meantime, soak the raisins (optional) in hot water.
Add starch, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar. Beat until smooth. Add the beaten egg whites in portions. Beat until smooth. Our curd dessert is ready to bake. Lubricate the form with butter.
We pour the curd mass into molds (large or into smaller deep silicone ones). Decorate with raisins or an apple, or whatever your heart desires. We put it in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees (so that the curd mass “grabs”). Then we reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden stick: if, after piercing the casserole to the bottom, there is no liquid curd mass on the stick, the casserole is ready.
Let the finished curd casserole cool slightly. Just a little bit, because I really want to try it)) Decorate with fresh fruits and taste! Cooking in deep silicone mold takes 5 minutes longer. We spread, grease with sour cream, and enjoy! Mmm! .. Stop for a moment, you are wonderful!
