Instructions

  1. Prepare the gnocchi in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Chop the vegetables and fry everything except the tomatoes in a pan. Season to taste with the spices.
  2. Mix in the cooked gnocchi and fold in the cottage cheese, spoon by spoon. Finally add the tomatoes with the basil leaves and stir in well until everything is evenly distributed. Season again to taste and serve.
