An interesting and very “correct” version of cottage cheese pancakes – without flour, sugar or butter. A wonderful breakfast with only three ingredients – cottage cheese, oatmeal and eggs. These pancakes go well with almost any kind of addition. Honey will add sweetness to the dish, and cinnamon will add a pleasant aroma.

Cottage Cheese Pancakes with Oat Flakes (no Flour) Instructions

  1. We only need three ingredients: eggs, cottage cheese and oatmeal.
If you are using large eggs, category C0, then you will need not three, but two.
I have finely ground oatmeal, but you can also take ordinary, quick cooking.

  2. Combine eggs, cottage cheese and oatmeal in a blender bowl.
  3. We interrupt everything thoroughly until smooth. The mass will turn out to be quite thick.

  4. Heat a dry non-stick skillet over medium heat. (Since the pancakes are fried in a skillet without oil, the skillet should have a good non-stick coating. If you are unsure of the quality of the coating on your skillet, it is still better to lightly grease the bottom with a drop of vegetable oil.) Reduce the heat a little and put about 1 tablespoon in the pan. a spoonful of oat-curd mass, forming a round pancake
  5. Fry the pancakes over a slightly lower than medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side, until browned.
Fry the rest of the pancakes in the same way.
  6. If desired, ready-made curd pancakes can be poured with honey and sprinkled with cinnamon.
