Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry sheets and roll them out into squares.
  2. Separate 1 egg, mix the yolks with the quark, sugar and pudding powder. Put the mixture in the middle of the dough squares, spread a little and put a peach half in the middle. Slightly press the corners of the dough pieces together so that a small edge is created. Whisk the second egg and brush the pastry with it.
  3. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  4. Heat the apricot jam. Mix the powdered sugar with a little water. Cover the warm pastries first with the jam and then with the icing sugar.
