Put the cottage cheese in a mixing bowl. Wash the apple and grate it on a household grater. I always rub the apple all around up to the core. Add the cranberries and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Finally sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top.
Tip: There are no limits to your imagination. It also tastes good with dried apricots, etc., or nuts.
