Halve the pomegranate, squeeze one half. Remove the seeds from the other half. Slit open the vanilla pods, remove the pulp and save the empty sticks.
Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar, vanilla pulp and sugar, pour in the pomegranate juice. Whip the cream, fold in. Mix the pomegranate seeds into the cream, chill for 30 minutes and serve garnished with vanilla sticks.
