Mix the quark, eggs, oat flakes and mustard together well and season with salt and pepper. Now place the dough on a baking sheet, tablespoon at a time, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Makes about 8 quark cheeses.
As soon as these have cooled down, brush with ketchup, top with chicken or turkey breast, lettuce and tomato, so that a low-carb sandwich is created.
