If possible, the boiled potatoes should come from the day before, they are finely grated with the grater and kneaded into a dough with flour, potato flour, milk, eggs, salt and marjoram. Now form dumplings out of the mass, into which the diced and roasted bread cubes are pressed. Soak in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes more than let simmer.
Serve as a side dish or small meal with wild mushroom vegetables.
