Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and marinate with soy sauce, Worcester sauce, maple syrup and seasoned chicken salt for 1/2 hour.
Preheat a pan (grill pan) and remove the chicken breasts from the marinade (save the marinade) and fry them. In between, pour the remaining marinade over the meat. Deglaze with cream, add the pesto and bring to the boil briefly.
Now put the lid on the pan and let the meat soak over medium heat. Season to taste with pepper. Fried potatoes go well with it.
