Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook in the water for 25-30 minutes. Finely dice the onions and garlic.
  2. Heat the oil, fry the minced meat in it, add the onions and garlic. Add tomato paste and season everything with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes with juice, bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for about 10 minutes. Chop the tomatoes. Season the minced sauce with salt and Tabasco to taste.
  3. Drain the potatoes, rinse in cold water and drain. Peel the potatoes and cut in half lengthways. Place in a large, greased casserole dish and distribute the minced sauce on the potatoes. Mix the sour cream and half of the cheese and pour onto the potatoes.
