Instructions

  1. Cook the couscous according to the instructions on the packet and lightly salt.
  2. Peel and core the avocado and cut into bite-sized pieces or strips. Drain the corn and kidney beans. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
  3. Sear the chicken in a pan and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Meanwhile, heat the kidney beans in a saucepan with the sweet chili sauce.
  4. Put the finished couscous in a large bowl. Then, divided according to the corners, add the corn, beans, avocado and feta. Finally, place the two chicken breasts on top and garnish with jalapenos. Consume the yogurt as a sauce with the bowl.
