Instructions

  1. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the peppers, tomatoes, cheese and chicken breast into cubes. Halve the olives or leave them whole. Drain the corn.
  3. Fry the meat, add paprika, tomatoes, olives and corn and season with salt, pepper, oregano and herbs to taste. Add the cooked couscous and the tomato paste. Fry everything nicely and finally
  4. Spread the cheese on top so that it melts easily.
