Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, bell pepper and mushrooms and cut into slices or cubes.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into cubes, season with salt and pepper and fry in hot oil, add the vegetables and fry for about 5 minutes. Then the couscous is added, everything is mixed and poured with the broth. Bring to the boil, then switch off the plate and let everything simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with crumbled feta.
