First of all, boil the chicken in a slow cooker. We place the meat in the multicooker bowl and fill it with water, adding a little salt. Cooking in the “Cooking” mode for 40 minutes.
Cool the chicken meat and divide into portions.
Separately, on the stove, fry broccoli.
Cut the courgettes into thin slices and also fry until tender.
Put pieces of meat and vegetables in the multicooker bowl. Fill in the washed couscous, pour water on top (2 cm above the cereal). Throw in a piece of butter and cook in the “Stew” mode for 1 hour.
