Ingredients

For the dark dough:

• 200 g butter or mararine, soft

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients for the dough with a hand mixer. Spread the dough evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (approx. 30 cm x 40 cm).
2. Mix the ingredients for the stains together, if necessary dilute with a dash of milk. Spread the quark mixture on the dark dough with a tablespoon like cow stains.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat or 160 ° C convection for about 20 minutes. Possibly do a cooking test with a wooden skewer.
