Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and stir gently over low heat. Let cool down.
  2. Meanwhile, stir the butter with the mixer on the highest setting until smooth. Gradually stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture is bound. Stir in eggs for 1 minute each. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve and alternately add to the dough with the milk. Halve the dough and put the chocolate mixture and cocoa under one half.
  3. Bake in a greased waffle iron and bake until golden brown.
