Instructions

  1. Cook all types of meat and the beans in plenty of salted water until cooked. Remove the pieces of meat, sieve the stock and keep the beans warm.
  2. The vegetables are cooked in the broth. Cook the rice loosely in 1/2 L of the meat and vegetable broth.
  3. Return the meat and sausage to the rest of the broth and warm up.
  4. The meat and sausage are arranged in the middle on a serving tray, the vegetables are poured around with hot broth.
  5. Rice and beans are served separately.
