Ingredients
- 500 g pork (belly) in one piece
- 500 g beef, in one piece
- 1 chicken, ready to cook
- 1 paprika sausage
- 1 smoked black pudding »morçela«
- 1 kg potato (s), medium-sized
- 4 carrot (s), cut into pieces
- 2 kohlrabi, cut into pieces
- 0.5 ½ white cabbage, cleaned, without stalk, eighth
- 0.5 ½ savoy cabbage, cleaned and eighthed
- 200 g beans, brown
- 200 g rice
- salt
Instructions
- Cook all types of meat and the beans in plenty of salted water until cooked. Remove the pieces of meat, sieve the stock and keep the beans warm.
- The vegetables are cooked in the broth. Cook the rice loosely in 1/2 L of the meat and vegetable broth.
- Return the meat and sausage to the rest of the broth and warm up.
- The meat and sausage are arranged in the middle on a serving tray, the vegetables are poured around with hot broth.
- Rice and beans are served separately.
